Low Carb Basic BBQ Sauce

One of the things that I really miss on my low carb diet is barbecue sauce. This is a tasty sauce that allows you to enjoy grilling without guilt.

Ingredients:
* ½ cup Heinz Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup (8g)
*2 Tablespoons cider vinegar (0g)
*2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce (6g)
*3 Tablespoons Splenda (0g)
* ½ Tablespoon prepared yellow mustard (0g)
*1 teaspoon vinegar hot sauce (0g)
*2 teaspoons of Low Carb Basic BBQ Dry Rub (<1g)

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients thoroughly in a non-reactive sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer slowly for 10-15 minutes. The sauce will become thick and rich.

Store the sauce in a sealed mason jar. It will keep up to three months when refrigerated.
